dinnertime

Tuesday night was lets make beer bread night:)

 DO NOT knead with your hands it is a sticky dough...

Thurday night was Pad Thai and Sauteed Snow Pea Leaves

The greens will prbably be a weekly thing:)

The greens are snow pea leaves:)
I bought a pound of it at the oriental market downtown. ($2.50) You also need 3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped up and 4 tbsp of peanut oil.
I heated up the oil and garlic in a large skillet for about 30 seconds. Then you add the leaves and gently turn them so that they are evenly covered in the oil. They will cook in about 3-5 minutes
